Cruise routes may change depending on weather and sea conditions to ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience. If necessary, the cruise may take place along alternative parts of the coastline of Thassos.

According to Port Police regulations, all guests are required to provide their full name, ID or passport number, nationality and date of birth before departure. After completing the booking, guests will automatically receive an email regarding the online check-in process and passenger information submission prior to boarding.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled cruise date are free of charge. For cancellations made within 30 days before departure, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made within 7 days before departure or in case of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. In case of unsuitable weather conditions or restrictions issued by the Port Authorities, guests will be offered an alternative date or the appropriate refund option.
